School opening 2009/2010

September 2nd...Teacher Orientation...time to be announced.

September 3rd...Orientation Day for ALL new students. Students and parents should arrive by 8:15 am for a continental breakfast.  Sister Peter Damian, Principal, will open the day at 9:00 am with a prayer. ALL NEW STUDENTS and at least one parent are expected to attend. The program ends between 11:00 and 11:30 am.

September 4th...NO SCHOOL...Labor Day Weekend Holiday
September 7th...NO SCHOOL.  Labor Day

September 8th...School opens for all students. 8:05 until 3:00 pm. Transportation will be provided by all districts. Prayer service for the opening of school at 8:25 am. All parents, family members and friends are invited to attend the opening prayer service. Weather permitting the prayer service will be held outdoors.

The week of September 8th all days will be 8:05 am to 3:00 pm. Child care will be provided.

Very Important:  Please click HERE to open a letter that you may use to contact our Senator and Assemblymen regarding the nonpublic technology funds. This is a vital call to action. Thank you for taking the time to contact them.

In the event of an emergency or weather related closing, please listen to KYW 1060 radio station for our school code 685. Saint Paul School will close if Burlington Township School District is closed. If Burlington Township School District is opening late, we may open late or possibly close. Normally we follow the same schedule as Burlington Township School District. If you are from another district that has bussing for your child, please listen for information from your district as well. You may need to provide transportation. When possible, closing and opening delay notices as well as early dismissals will also be posted here.

ALTERNATE DISMISSAL: On days when the street is covered with snow, we ask all cars to start coming at 2:30 pm and to pull up into the parking lot parallel to the building. As the cars pull up, we will relay your children's names and they will be called to your car. Please be patient! Any changes in transportation, please call between 2:00 and 2:20 so the lines will be open to call the people going home by car.
