IMPORTANT NOTICE
As of September 1, 2000, it is a state law that all sixth graders receive the Hepatitis B vaccine. Although it is now law, it will not be enforced until September 1, 2001. Please plan to schedule an appointment with your physician for this immunization soon, to avoid the rush in September. Send in a copy of the dates that your child received the shots to the school nurse after your visit, to be placed in their files. Thank you for your assistance.
